Tile Paint Product Features
100% pure acrylic emulsion-based Tile Paint with semi-matte and elastomeric properties protects surfaces while creating a flexible film layer that bridges fine cracks. Its water-repellent properties prevent rain and moisture infiltration. With high opacity and UV resistance, it preserves the original color and appearance of tile surfaces for years. It exhibits superior resistance to alkali and chemical substances.
Application Areas
Can be applied to various roofing materials such as clay tiles, concrete tiles, asbestos cement roof sheets, and plastered surfaces. It can be safely used on new tile coverings and for renovation of aging, faded roofs.
Application Method
Before application, the surface is cleaned with high-pressure water to remove moss, algae, and dirt; broken or damaged tiles are replaced. One coat of Clear Primer is applied to the cleaned surface at a 1/7 ratio. After the primer dries, Tile Paint is applied in two coats using an air spray gun. A minimum of 6 hours is allowed between coats.
