Tile Paint Product Characteristics
100% pure acrylic emulsion-based Tile Paint with semi-gloss and elastomeric properties that protects surfaces while creating a flexible film layer to bridge fine cracks. Its water-repellent characteristics prevent rain and moisture infiltration. With high coverage and UV resistance, it preserves the original color and appearance of tile surfaces for years. It demonstrates superior resistance against alkali and chemical substances.
# Application Areas
Can be applied to different roofing materials such as clay tiles, concrete tiles, asbestos cement roof sheets, and rendered surfaces. It is safely used for new tile coatings and for renovating aging and faded roofs.
Application Method
Before application, the surface is cleaned with high-pressure water to remove moss, algae, and dirt; broken or damaged tiles are replaced. One coat of Transparent Primer is applied to the cleaned surface at a 1/7 dilution ratio. After the Primer dries, Tile Paint is applied in two coats using a spray gun. A minimum of 6 hours is allowed between coats.
