Tile Paint Product Characteristics
100% pure acrylic emulsion-based Roof Tile Paint with semigloss and elastomeric properties that protects the surface while creating a flexible film layer to bridge fine cracks. Its water-repellent characteristic prevents rain and moisture penetration. With high opacity and UV resistance, it preserves the original color and appearance of roof tile surfaces for years. It demonstrates superior resistance to alkali and chemical substances.
# Application Areas
Our Roof Tile Paint can be applied to various roofing materials such as clay tiles, concrete tiles, asbestos cement roof sheets, and rendered surfaces. It can be safely used on new tile coatings and for renovating aged, faded roofs.
Application Method
Before application, the surface is cleaned with high-pressure water to remove moss, algae, and dirt; broken or damaged tiles are replaced. One coat of Transparent Primer is applied to the cleaned surface at a 1:7 ratio. After the primer dries, Tile Paint is applied in two coats using a spray gun. A minimum of 6 hours is allowed between coats.
