Product Features
Roof Tile Paint is based on 100% pure acrylic emulsion with a semi-matt, elastomeric structure. UV radiation cures the film to form cross-links, creating a flexible yet hard-wearing coating. Its water-repellent property prevents rain and moisture penetration. The elastic film bridges existing hairline cracks and prevents new ones from forming. Excellent UV resistance, high hiding power, low dirt pick-up and outstanding colour retention even in harsh climates.
Areas of Use
Suitable for terracotta tiles, concrete tiles, asbestos-cement roof sheets and plastered surfaces. Ideal for new roof coatings and for restoring aged, weathered or faded rooftops.
Application
Wash the surface with high-pressure water to remove moss, algae and dirt. Replace any broken or damaged tiles and allow the surface to dry completely. Apply Roof Tile Paint by spray machine — the product is ready to use with no dilution required. Coverage: approx. 8–10 m² per litre per coat. Application temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C. Do not apply if frost is expected. Compliant with TS 7847 standard.
