Elite Matt Exterior Paint is a water-based, acrylic copolymer binder-based, silicone-reinforced and UV-resistant premium quality matt topcoat exterior paint with breathability. Thanks to its silicone formulation, it allows the surface to breathe, helping moisture in the wall to escape outward; this property both protects the building structure and supports long-lasting coating durability. Its non-cracking and non-peeling structure provides reliable long-term protection. Due to its high alkali resistance, it can be successfully applied to freshly plastered surfaces. With excellent coverage and outstanding fade resistance, it provides extremely durable surface protection against sun rays, moisture, and salt water in coastal areas.

Applications

Elite Matt Exterior Paint is used on all types of plastered exterior surfaces such as concrete, autoclaved aerated concrete, concrete blocks, brickwork, and mineral-based plaster. In new construction and renovation projects, it can be safely chosen for exterior facades of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. It is also an ideal choice for structures in coastal areas and regions with high humidity levels.

Application Method

The surfaces to be painted must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt, grease, loose and flaking layers, and dust that prevents adhesion. A coat of Covering Acrylic Primer is applied to the cleaned surface and allowed to fully dry. After the primer has dried, Elite Matt Exterior Paint is applied in two coats with a brush or roller; a minimum of 6 hours drying time should be allowed between coats. The paint may be thinned with water up to a maximum of 10% by volume if necessary. Depending on the surface type and absorbency, approximately 8–10 m² can be covered with 1 liter of paint. Application temperature should be between +5 °C and +30 °C; application should be avoided in rainy weather and when there is frost risk. It complies with TS 7847 standard.
