# Product Specifications

Elite Matt Exterior Paint; a water-based, acrylic copolymer binder-based, silicone-enhanced and UV-resistant, breathable superior-quality matt finish exterior paint. Its silicone formulation allows the surface to breathe, helping moisture within the wall escape to the outside; this property both protects the structural integrity and supports long-lasting coating performance. Its crack and peel-resistant structure delivers reliable long-term protection. Thanks to its high alkali resistance, it can be successfully applied to freshly plastered surfaces. With its excellent coverage and superior fade resistance, it provides extremely durable surface protection against sunlight, humidity, and salt spray in coastal environments.

**Areas of Application**

Elite Mat Exterior Wall Paint; is used on exterior wall surfaces with any type of plaster application such as concrete, aerated concrete, concrete block, brick, and mineral-based plaster. In new construction and renovation projects; it can be reliably preferred on the exterior facades of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. It is also an ideal choice for structures in coastal areas and regions with high moisture levels.

Application Method

The surfaces to be coated must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt, grease, loose and peeling layers, and dust that prevents adhesion. After cleaning, apply Opaque Acrylic Primer as a single coat to the prepared surface and allow complete drying. Once the primer is dry, apply Elite Mat Exterior Paint with a brush or roller in two coats; allow a minimum of 6 hours drying time between coats. If necessary, the paint may be thinned with water up to a maximum of 10% by volume. Depending on the surface type and porosity, approximately 8–10 m² can be covered with 1 litre of paint. Application temperature must be between +5 °C and +30 °C; avoid application in rainy weather or when there is frost risk. Complies with TS 7847 standard.
