# Product Specifications

Elite Mat Exterior Paint; a matte finish exterior paint with superior breathable properties, based on water-based acrylic copolymer binder, silicone-enhanced and UV resistant. Through its silicone formulation, it enables the surface to breathe, helping moisture in the wall escape to the outside; this property both protects structural integrity and supports long-lasting coating durability. Its non-cracking and non-peeling structure provides reliable, long-term protection. Thanks to its high alkali resistance, it can be successfully applied even on freshly plastered surfaces. With excellent coverage and superior fade resistance, it provides excellent surface protection against sunlight, moisture, and salt water in coastal environments.

**Application Areas**

Elite Mat Exterior Wall Paint; is used on exterior wall surfaces with any type of plaster application such as concrete, autoclaved aerated concrete, concrete blocks, bricks, and mineral-based plaster. In new construction projects and renovation projects; it can be safely preferred on the exterior facades of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. It is also an ideal choice for structures in coastal areas and regions with high humidity levels.

Application Method

The surfaces to be painted must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt, grease, loose and flaking layers, and dust that prevents adhesion. Apply Opaque Acrylic Primer to the cleaned surface as a single coat and allow it to dry completely. After the primer has dried, apply Elite Matte External Facade Paint with a brush or roller in two coats; allow a minimum of 6 hours drying time between coats. The paint may be thinned with water at a maximum ratio of 10% by volume if necessary. Depending on the surface type and absorbency, approximately 8–10 m² can be covered with 1 litre of paint. The application temperature must be between +5 °C and +30 °C; avoid application during rainy weather or when there is a risk of frost. Complies with TS 7847 standard.
